The rooms were well neat, hygienic and we'll maintained. The service was also top notch. I would highly recommend this to others.

While the property itself was a good choice, the staff’s behavior completely ruined the experience. I had booked a queen bed room for my stay in Calicut for a medical purpose, but the service I received was unacceptable. Despite the check-in time being 1 PM, we arrived at 3:15 PM only to be told that we had to wait another 15 minutes because they extended another guest’s stay and were still cleaning the room. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, they offered me a twin bed instead of the queen bed I had booked. After a long argument, they finally took me to a room, but to my shock, it was not cleaned properly—there were smoke ashes behind the toilet seat cover! Instead of acknowledging their mistake, the staff dismissed my concerns, saying it was only a 10-15 minute delay. This kind of attitude completely devalues the property. A well-maintained hotel is nothing without good service, and unfortunately, the staff here failed miserably. Would not recommend unless they improve their management.

It was very good, being from north india we were very happy to find rotis here. The food quality was very good and the room was also clean

We stayed for 4 days in december 2024, this hotel was the only bad part of the kozhikode 訂房網站. Location is on the bypass, so you have to depend on hotel to get you an auto if you are not travel-ling with your vehicle. On the first day, we ended up on the bypass road trying to stop an auto rickshaw because hotel said they cannot get an auto. You have to inform an hour or two before. That restricts your accessibility. The rooms are new but the deluxe rooms are small and cramped and they are dusty. Unusual for a 4 star hotel. The hotel staff looked irritated when i mentioned this at checkout very politely. To add to it, i did a mistake of burning a synthetic bed runner with iron box accidently. Got charged additional 1100! and late checkout is a no no.

Hotel located in prime location, rooms are very clean and staffs are very cordial with us. We ordered food from restaurant which was good and price also seems very nominal. Overall it's a good stay

Oh, really very very nice, their service is very respectful and very kind, no words to say about the staff they are doing outstanding service and their breakfast complimentary is awesome traditional veg and western style really very tasty foods served with hot and good option for vegitarian and also nonveg. Their speciality in non veg ali baba & 41 dishes. Gym & pool is exceptional, finally fantastic experience.

Great stay. All the required amenities are provided. Rooms are spacious and washrooms are good. Parking space could be better.
